Write once, adapt everywhere: tailoring a post for each platform
The same idea can perform very differently on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Small adjustments make a big difference.

Publishing the exact same post everywhere is tempting, but each platform has its own audience, format and etiquette. A few small adjustments help the same idea perform far better.
Lead with the visual. Keep the first line of the caption punchy — it is all people see before tapping "more". Captions can be up to 2,200 characters, and a small set of relevant hashtags helps people discover you.
Conversational posts that invite replies work well. Links are welcome, so Facebook is a good place to drive traffic to your website, shop or event page.
Write for professionals: share a lesson, a result or a point of view. Short paragraphs and a strong opening line help posts get read.
Threads and X
Keep it short and direct. Threads posts are limited to 500 characters and standard X posts to 280, so lead with the single most interesting point.
YouTube
Titles and descriptions are searchable, so use the words your audience would type. A clear thumbnail and a strong first few seconds matter more than anything else.
Let AI do the adapting
In Content Studio, write your core idea once and generate tailored versions for each platform you select. Review each version, tweak the details and publish them together from the Social Planner.
