When you connect a social media account, we receive the account information and permissions needed to show your available pages or profiles and perform the actions you request.

If you connect Facebook or Instagram, we use the access provided by Meta only to connect the pages or professional accounts you choose, publish or schedule content for you, and show related delivery information.

Sonari AI does not publish anything unless you create, approve, schedule, or dispatch it. You can disconnect a connected account from the Integrations page at any time.

We use your information to provide Sonari AI features, authenticate your account, publish requested content, improve reliability, provide support, and protect the service from misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers needed to run Sonari AI, such as hosting, database, authentication, payment, email, and connected social platforms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our users and service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No online service can guarantee complete security, so you should also keep your account credentials private.

You can update your account information and disconnect social accounts from Sonari AI. Disconnecting an account stops future access but does not remove posts that were already published to that platform.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Sonari AI account and stored personal data, follow our Data Deletion Instructions or email arslan@brainstormertech.com from the email address connected to your account. We may retain limited information when required for security, legal, or accounting purposes.

We may update this policy when Sonari AI changes. The latest version will always appear on this page with its effective date.
