Data Deletion Instructions

You can disconnect Facebook, Instagram, and other connected services or request deletion of your Sonari AI account and stored personal data.

Disconnect a social account

  1. Log in to Sonari AI and open Settings.
  2. Open Connected accounts.
  3. Select Disconnect for Facebook, Instagram, or the service you want to remove.

Disconnecting removes Sonari AI's stored connection and stops future access. It does not delete posts already published on the social platform.

Request deletion of your Sonari AI data

Email arslan@brainstormertech.com with the subject Sonari AI Data Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address used for your Sonari AI account and include your full name. Never include your password or social-media access token.

We will verify the request and delete or anonymize the account information, connected-account tokens, workspace content, and other personal data associated with the account within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting obligations.
